Google models are Tweaking, Ideating, Noodling, Freaking, Hacking, etc but doing nothing until quota exceeded

@google AI Studio model is burning through our money while just sitting there “dreaming” for more than 40 minutes without doing a thing, until it crashes into most happy error for google monster: “Quota exceeded. Please try again later”

How is it possible for this billion-dollar model to get stuck in a loop like that—one it can’t even break out of?

For more than 40 minutes I have ONLY: “Tweaking, Ideating, Noodling, Tinkering, Hacking, Crunching, Polishing, Magnetizing, Blueprinting, Juggling, Sculpting, Grounding, Manifesting, Assembling, Crafting, Sketching, Triangulating, Propelling, Sculpting, Parsing, Manifesting, Synthesizing, Cooking, Illuminating, Ideating, Channeling, Dreaming, Tweaking, Thinking, Deciphering, Tinkering etc”

Again!
More than 40 minutes until crashed into: “Quota exceeded. Please try again later”

to help us investigate this quota issue, could you share your Project ID, Applet ID, and the approximate timestamp of your failed deployment via direct message? Also, please let us know if you have published multiple apps before, and if so, how many.
