Google Flow completely broken on my account - Ultra subscriber, account-specific bug, immediate fix required

I am a Google AI Ultra subscriber and Google Flow has been completely non-functional on my account for hours. Both image and video generation fail with “something went wrong” error every single time.

I have done extensive troubleshooting and identified this as an account-specific backend bug:

✓ Secondary Google account works perfectly on Flow (same device, same browser)
✓ Google Vids works normally on my main account
✓ Cleared cache, incognito, different browsers, disabled extensions, disabled hardware acceleration — all failed

This is NOT a browser issue. This is NOT a regional issue. This is a backend bug tied specifically to my account profile.

I am paying for Ultra and cannot use the service I am paying for. I have already submitted a Google One support ticket. I am requesting immediate engineering review of my account.

Please do not respond with generic troubleshooting steps — I have tried everything.

Hello @Mahmut_Alisir ,
Thanks for the report & apologies. We don’t believe this issue ever affected AI Studio / Gemini API. This is now confirmed as fixed in Flow.

I have been in the exact same situation for several days now, and I really don’t know what to do. I need help.

I can confirm this issue is still persisting (and has for a few days now) and seems to be specific to Nano Banana (all versions). Still able to get Imogen to work, but that’s about it.

It’s been four days and my issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’m thinking of canceling my subscription—it’s been a long time.
