I’m experiencing a reproducible issue when using Google AI Studio ( via the Web UI.
Issue
After uploading a file (text content for creating meeting minutes), the page automatically refreshes without any user action.
When this happens, all uploaded content is lost.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Google AI Studio (Web UI)
- Upload a file containing meeting text
- Start interacting with the prompt or wait briefly
- The page refreshes automatically
Expected behavior
Uploaded file content should persist unless the user explicitly refreshes the page.
Actual behavior
- Unexpected auto-refresh
- Uploaded content is completely cleared
- Issue is reproducible

- Device: iPad
- OS: iPadOS
- Browser: Safari / Chrome
- Usage: Google AI Studio Web UI
Impact
This affects a business-critical workflow (creating meeting minutes from full meeting logs).
Unexpected data loss makes the tool unreliable for production use.
