Google AI Studio Privacy Policy for Enterprise?

I’m on an enterprise/organization account. For gemini.google.com I get a notification that is the case (showing my org name in the screen) and indicating that everything is private.

For AI Studio, I’m logged into the same enterprise account, but I don’t see any notices on privacy?

Is data protected/private when using AI Studio under an Organization subscription? If not, is there anyway to access it safely? If so, where is it stated?

As long as the user has access to at least one GCP project on the paid tier (found here), their prompts and responses won’t be used for model training. The Unpaid Services and Paid Services sections of our terms have more details: Gemini API Additional Terms of Service  |  Google AI for Developers.
