Google AI Studio Down for 4 Days — No Communication, No Timeline, What’s Going On?

I’ve been using Google AI Studio consistently for building and testing projects, and for the past 4 days, it has been either unstable, partially broken, or completely unusable.

  • Projects not loading properly

  • Models failing randomly

  • Errors without explanation

  • Features disappearing

  • No clear status update

  • No official communication

  • No estimated fix timeline

What’s frustrating is not just the outage — it’s the complete silence around it.

Many of us are actively building products, pushing to GitHub, testing APIs, and relying on AI Studio for serious work. When it goes down without transparency, it directly affects our workflow and credibility.

If this is a migration, infrastructure upgrade, rate limiting change, pricing shift, or internal model update — please communicate it clearly.

Even a simple message like:

“We are aware of the issue. Fix expected in X days.”

would reduce 80% of the frustration.

Right now, it feels like we’re just guessing what’s happening.

Is this temporary instability?
Is AI Studio moving to a paid-only tier?
Is it capacity overload?

We genuinely need clarity.

Please provide:

  • Official status update

  • Expected resolution timeline

  • Whether this is affecting all users or specific regions

  • Whether usage policies have changed

AI builders depend on stability. Communication matters just as much as the infrastructure.

Looking forward to a response from the Google team.
