I’m incredulous that the tool simply won’t let me use my AI credits for work and to use it! How can we continue as customers when you’re constantly being scammed?
Let’s be serious now, Google team. EVERY DAY we have a problem with the tool. Either you shut it down completely or you pay attention to what’s happening. Today I woke up and went to start my work, with 10,000 AI credits and the Pro plan, and the agent simply tells me that my individual quota is exhausted and I need to ask the Administrator to authorize the use of AI credits.

I checked in the settings, I have AI Credit Overages activated, 10,900 credits, which, incidentally, with each question with this standard answer, uses AI credits and returns this false information. So, what’s going to happen? Now I’m forced to upgrade my plan to use the AI credits that I PAID to use? Another Google trick?
When are we going to have, I would say, honesty in communication with the customer? And also, when will you stop the practice of tied selling, which, besides being an act of extreme bad faith, is a crime?
