Just pathetic service from Google. I was on google AI pro plan for few months. I had purchased 2500 credits with one year validity. Because I wasn’t using the pro account much, I downgraded it to Individual plan. Now my 2500 credits are gone. It started showing me 500 credits just a day after my subscription plan ended. At least Google should have told that the credits can only be used with a specific type of subscription and they do not have 1 year validity, in general. There is no email or call support available now as I changed my subscription from pro to Individual. What to do?
