Google AI Pro – Antigravity quota shows multi‑day lockouts instead of 5‑hour reset

,

I have the same problem. Used up my quota, it showed that it will refresh in 5 hours, and when 5 hours were over, it did not refresh and instead increased to 5 days…

Hey All,

To provide you with greater control and a seamless path to scale, we are evolving our Google AI plans by introducing built-in AI credits that can now be utilized directly within Antigravity. Under this updated structure, our Google AI Pro tier is tailored for practical builders, offering generous limits for Gemini Flash alongside a baseline quota to experience our most advanced premium models. For developers operating at the highest scale who require consistent, high-volume access to our most complex models, Google AI Ultra serves as the ideal comprehensive solution.

Furthermore, we’ve designed these plans with maximum flexibility in mind; if you are on the Pro plan and require additional capacity or deeper premium access for intensive development sprints, you can seamlessly top up your AI credits to customize your limits and continue shipping your best work without interruption.

Thats not a response we would expect from Antigravity Devs, and as Pro plan users who already paid for annual plans under a certain conditions and now you’re downgrading it on the fly, without even providing a decent communication, making your forum flooded with complains.
Thats such a low level attitude from you.

I have experienced exactly the same too. I dont use Claude or other models except than Gemini (usually flash) but its showing that I have used 60% quota of OPUS and other models also my Gemini (slow/fast) is exhausted and I havent used them either please fix this.

Thanks for the reply, but it still doesn’t address the core issue being raised.

The explanation about AI credits doesn’t clarify why the behavior Pro subscribers are currently experiencing contradicts what the plan was advertised as when we subscribed - namely the expectation of quotas refreshing roughly every 5 hours.

At the moment, these extended lockouts make it impossible to use the platform for actual development work despite being on the Pro tier.

Another point of confusion is how these apparent “weekly” cooldowns are being triggered so quickly. We are reporting that our quota appears to be exhausted almost immediately or far sooner than expected - after relatively light usage.

Seeing widespread quota exhaustion, combined with messaging that emphasizes the option to purchase additional tokens, doesn’t exactly inspire confidence that the current behavior is working as intended.

Personally, my motivation to purchase more tokens after an unjustified lockout is quite low. And having this marketed as a “solution” - simply so I can continue development doesn’t sit right with me.

I am a Pro plan subscriber. My quota was reached on March 2 and the system indicated it would refresh on March 11. However, I have not used the service since then, yet it still shows that the quota has been reached and the next refresh date is March 18. Could you please check this?

same issue here, when reest was going to occur, limitswere reached without any promptt…..

Thank you for the response, however it still does not address the core issue being raised.

The explanation regarding AI credits does not clarify why the current behavior contradicts what the Pro plan was advertised as when we subscribed — specifically, the expectation that quotas would refresh approximately every five hours.

In practice, the extended lockouts we are experiencing make it impossible to use the platform for real development work, despite being on the Pro tier.

There is also significant confusion around how these apparent “weekly” cooldowns are being triggered so quickly. From our perspective, quotas appear to be exhausted almost immediately or far sooner than expected, even under relatively light usage.

Seeing widespread reports of quota exhaustion, combined with messaging that prominently highlights the option to purchase additional tokens, does not inspire confidence that the current system is functioning as intended.

Frankly, being locked out without a clear justification significantly reduces my willingness to purchase additional tokens. Presenting that option as the primary “solution” — simply to continue using a service that is already being paid for — feels unreasonable.

Hmmm No, it feels (choose here Your favorite course) bad.

We are telling your platform is bugged, do you understand it!? it has nothing to do with quota! everytime the quota ask to wait for another week. this is a bug, not a platform plan. We are paying user and we are paying to wait days to wait days without using the service we are paying for. I WANT REFOUND.

Sadly, this response doesn’t address the issue of quotas. Instead of sounding genuinely care for paying customer, the response sounds more like a PR cover-up laced with upselling.

User never received “greater control and seamless path to scale”, so pls keep the response free from meaningless words.

I hope that AG product team can focus on the issue of delivering the promises made to user than already on annual contracts. Honor the contract pls.

I am also facing the exact same issue. The continuous quota changes seem extremely bad for a day-to-day user.
The limits are way too small just like few prompts.

I don’t think this getting any better. Has anyone figured out a way to move out of AG in an economical fashion? AG has a great agent manager but just sitting out 7 days and then being hit with another 7 days to refresh makes it unusable.

In my Account as well it show s quota refresh in 6 days without sending single prompt today. previously it was showing refresh in approx 5 hours.

My account has the same problem.

not a problem, it’s a Feature. Happening like 2 months ago , no fix no answer , nothing. GG

They are not going to answer any of our complaints, as usual. I guess it’s time to switch to Claude Code. Consider doing the same. They will NOT address this

I’m having the same issue. I just sign up for a year of Pro plan. This is frustrating. Even the refresh count down ends, I did not get my quota back. Now, it’s started to count down from 7 days agian.

Same here. Suddendly both pro models show 2 days wait overnight after no significative use at all. This is absurd and either a bug or bad faith from google. I am on a 1 month free plan and at this point i am not going to renew, switch to Claude instead.

A lack of official response to a problem that affects so many people and is clearly a problem on their behalf is disheartening.

Same issue. Yesterday it said I was out for 4 hours. Came back the following day, used it literally for 10 minutes - now a multi-day lockout. What did I do with those 10 minutes? Asked it to make a roadmap for future implementation. Guess that was too intensive of a query. Also - I never used the low - only high. Why does it affect both so now I can’t even switch to the low tier? Not even a usable product at this point.

Same Issue is happenining for me I am on pro plan and still it is showining 6 days to refresh my token.
