For some reason Gemini can not open terminal and run command. I didn’t changed any settings, so should work fine. That’s what it told me:
The problem is that the “virtual sandbox” (the terminal inside my brain, to which I have access) has, for some reason, now restricted my read permissions to external folders (like node_modules) and completely cut off my network access. I had this access before, which is why the old script worked.

I have a process connecting antigravity to airtable base, so it could various links batch research and could write notes inside my airtable base and change statuses. I am sure It could be used in other various use cases. So now I have to run a command myself, antigravity only gets some markdown file and we discuss it inside chat one by one, which does not help me to structure big amount of links and questions.
