I purchased VND 300,000 in prepaid credits on July 22, 2026. The Gemini API dashboard shows only VND 84,783 in usage, so the expected remaining balance is VND 215,217.
However, AI Studio shows –VND 13,284, and all API requests fail with:
429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED: Your prepayment credits are depleted.
Google Cloud Billing Support could not access the AI Studio prepaid ledger and directed me to this forum.Project ID: tqh-61543..dBilling Support case ID: 738154..Please investigate and resynchronize the prepaid balance.
