Hello Google Gemini API Team, I am requesting a manual review of my Gemini API access. My Google Cloud project is currently shown as “Restricted” and the Billing Tier is shown as “Unavailable”. When I call the Gemini API, I receive: HTTP 403 PERMISSION_DENIED “Your project has been denied access. Please contact support.” I created the project through Google Cloud Console and created a Gemini API key for this project. My intended use is low-volume academic research and translation of academic papers through Zotero. I would like to remain on the Gemini API Free Tier. I do not want to enable paid billing or add a billing account. Could you please review the project/account restriction and restore Gemini API Free Tier access if I am eligible?
