Hello Google AI Studio team,
I need help activating Gemini API access for my existing project.

Project name: My First Project
Cloud Billing account ID: 015378-A45946-59CE...
Prepaid balance: ₹500
I purchased ₹500 in Gemini API prepaid credits on October 19, 2026. The prepaid balance is visible in Google AI Studio, and my Google Cloud Billing console indicates that the billing account is active.
However, AI Studio still shows “Your Google Cloud billing account is being processed. Processing time varies from a few moments to a few weeks.” My project also previously showed “Account inactive” and “Restricted,” so I cannot use the paid Gemini API.
I have already cleared Chrome’s cache and cookies, signed in again, and rechecked the project and billing status. The issue remains unresolved.
Could you please investigate why the billing activation or project provisioning is still pending and advise how to activate my existing prepaid account?
I do not want to purchase more credits or create another project because the existing ₹500 balance is already visible.
I can provide screenshots of the prepaid balance, project status, and billing account status. I can also share the full billing account ID privately if required.
