Gemini 3 Pro Gemini 3 Pro is getting worse day by day as it can’t process more than 1 or 2 documents or images. Sometimes it says like this “I have encountered a error can you try something instead?” It’s so annoying as f*** that in 2.5 Pro Gemini you can upload more like 10 image or documents without error.
Gemini 3 Pro’s performance has degraded significantly. It struggles with processing more than one or two documents or images, often returning an error message. This is a regression from the 2.5 Pro Gemini, which could handle up to 10 images or documents without issues.

I have noticed this error message as well. The 10 images can still be initial scramble for it to keep up with. If I am talking with Gemini in a conversation where I have asked or told several ways of the conversation then I show images but out of order I will have to remind Gemini or specifically point out in the images what I am speaking or asking on. So maybe these actions are happening due to the amount of overload it’s having to sort out, or your network connection is the problem.
Unfortunately my internet is stable and it’s keep happening if I uploaded at least more than 2 image or file. I tried with using WiFi+ Data feature on my phone it’s still can’t do anything about it
The response utilized the fallback model (gemini-2.5-flash-image-preview) for contextual consistency in narrative generation.
