Subject: Request allowlist access for Gemini 3 preview models

I would like to request full allowlist access for my Vertex AI project to enable Gemini 3 Preview models:
Models needed:
- gemini-3-pro-preview
- gemini-3-flash-preview
Project Information:
- Google Cloud Project: gyb-project-213-l4t-nnm
- Use Case: Legal practice automation and document processing
- Production Environment: Required
Current Status:
I receive 404 NOT_FOUND errors when attempting to use these models via Gemini CLI with location “global”.
