Formal Complaint Regarding Google AI Pro Quota Bug (AG-859) Requesting Immediate Fix

To the Google AI Support Team,

I am writing to formally complain about a critical bug that has made my Google AI Pro subscription completely unusable.

After purchasing the Google AI Pro plan, I was given an initial usage limit. Once that was exhausted, the system showed me escalating reset timers — first 2 hours, then 4 hours, then 4 hours again, and finally a 7-day lockout. I have now been waiting through this 7-day timer, and based on reports from other users on the Google AI Developers Forum, there is a high chance the timer will simply reset to another 7 days once it expires.

This is clearly the known bug tracked internally as AG-859, which has been reported by hundreds of users since at least January 2026. The advertised behavior for Google AI Pro is a ~5-hour quota refresh, not a 7-day lockout that loops indefinitely.

To summarize my situation:

- Plan: Google AI Pro (active, paid subscription)

- Issue: Escalating lockout timers ending in a 7-day block

- Models affected: Gemini Pro, Claude, and other Antigravity models

- Expected behavior: ~5-hour quota reset as advertised

- Actual behavior: Multi-day lockout with no resolution

I am requesting for an immediate manual reset of my quota so I can use the service I am paying for.

This bug has been ongoing for over 4 months with no fix. I expect a prompt response and resolution.

Thank you.
