Hello Flow Team,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Flow video generation that started on Thursday and has continued for several days.
Environment
- Subscription: Google AI Pro
- Platform: Google Flow
- Model: Omni Flash
- Operating System: Windows 10
- Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
- Region: India
Issue
Most video generations fail after reaching 99% with the error:
“Oops, something went wrong.”
When this happens:
- The generation never completes.
- Credits are automatically refunded.
- The issue affects both simple and complex prompts.
- Sometimes a job initially says “Waiting in queue due to high demand” and eventually succeeds after a long delay, but most fail at 99%.
Test Performed
Even a simple prompt such as:
“A video of a cat walking in a garden.”
can exhibit the same behavior.
Troubleshooting Already Attempted
- Chrome Incognito Mode
- Disabled all browser extensions
- Cleared browser cache and Flow site data
- Tried another Google account
- Created new Flow projects
- Used both simple and complex prompts
The issue persists across all of the above.
Additional Information
-
Credits are automatically refunded whenever the generation fails.
-
The problem has been occurring consistently since Thursday.
-
I also noticed the message:
“Your video has been scheduled and is waiting in the queue due to high demand.”
I’ve also seen reports from other users on the Google AI Developers Forum describing similar behavior (videos stuck in queue or failing near completion), which suggests this may be a backend rendering or job orchestration issue.
Could you please investigate whether there is an ongoing issue affecting Flow/Omni Flash rendering or my account?
If required, I’m happy to provide:
- Timestamps of failed generations
- Browser console logs
- HAR/network logs
- Screenshots
- Any request or job IDs needed for investigation
Thank you.
