Feedback for Antigravity team. Gemini 3 Flash

Hi, team.

I understand that Google needs to make money, and that is why you drastically lowered the quota for Pro and Ultra plans.
But for you to make people pay for their subscriptions, you need to give them something that they can really work with all day - everyday.
Well, if the model Gemini 3 Flash is inexpensive to run, then why not keep developing it and improve it?
I believe that Gemini 3 Flash is a very good model. You just need to fix its flaws.
This model can definitely do the job.
You need to know what you’re doing to use it, but it would be a problem for most of your subscribers.
Please, continue improving this model. It has a good future, and it definitely will save you lots of subscriptions.

Regards…

Flash is cheaper to run exactly because its limited.

Its only useful for basic projects. For anything that requires a bit of processing its useless.

I would definitely disagree with you.
I am using Flash for all of my projects.
It’s working well with features, APIs, structure, basically with everything that I could have thought of.
It’s just glitchy a bit. And it needs attention to details. But it’s definitely doing the job.
It can do everything, but step by step.

After the last update it was very glitchy, but I guess they had run a stealth update, because today it was doing well. Could be better. I know that it could be better, because at one point it was better before. But anyway.

I don’t think that it’s limited. It’s just a different model.
This model is for more detailed and more precise work.

Flash is like assembly, Opus is an interpreted language.

I agree with @ID1 . We sometimes forget that an important aspect of every model is a well crafter prompt. Give a “good” model a bad prompt and you’ll erroneously conclude it’s not working as expected. I know because I’ve been culpable. I’ve used Flash in recent time and the results has been great when I put In more work in polishing my prompts.

Thats a surprise. I don’t use flash since a couple of weeks because it was a disaster. It would start to answer and code things with only emojis… For me it once even tried to run sudo systemctl stop pipewire.socket and shut my audio for no reason, when I was trying to program a passwrod safe in arduino…

A good prompt isn’t worth when the model has a limited context window and faulty process and start to alucinate.

Yes, exactly.
I believe that Flash is a much more precise tool than Opus.
Of course, Opus can do everything Flash can, but it is twenty times more expensive. Plus, you get locked out for 5-7 days.

I think it’s back now. I am sure that it’s back now.
Because I have accomplished a pretty hard featuring task, and everything is working excellently now.
I specifically used Flash so that I could test it. And it didn’t fail.
Just one more thing that I want to add to my point.
Sometimes when you see that Flash is beginning to glitch, just start a new chat with it.
And if you are in the middle of something, then make it write a “starting a new chat” summary for you, actually for him in the new chat.
Tell him to write in the summary what you were working on, what the progress is, and what needs to be done next. Then copy this summary to the new chat. It’s better if you make Flash write the summary into the .txt file that you create in the file structure.

I have noticed that the Flash is a bit different in every new chat.
So, in some chats he glitches a lot, and in some he is excellent.
