[Feature Request] Support commenting and review requests in Markdown (.md) Preview mode

Currently, when viewing .md files in the editor, I can select text to send it to chat. However, this feature is unavailable in Preview mode.

It would be great to have the ability to leave comments and request reviews in Preview mode as well, similar to how it works for Walkthroughs, Plans, or Tasks.
