I would like to suggest a new feature for Gemini/AI Studio: Projects.
Currently, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to organize different workstreams into dedicated projects. This would allow users to:
Group specific files and documents within a single project context.
Maintain separate instructions for different tasks (e.g., one project for coding, another for creative writing).
Keep the chat history organized by topic instead of a single long list.
Other tools have implemented this ‘shared context’ folder, and adding it to the Gemini ecosystem would greatly improve productivity for those of us who handle multiple complex tasks at once.
I’ve attached a reference of how this organization looks in other platforms.
