My account used to access AI Studio and has an app created. Now I am redirected to “Available regions”. Age verification shows “Verification unavailable for this account”. The issue occurs on both desktop and mobile. How can I regain access to the existing project?
Redirection to “Available regions” occurs due to mandatory global date-of-birth verification requirements or network/IP misclassification.
Since direct verification is unavailable, verify your date of birth in Google Account Personal Info (or have your Workspace admin enable age-based access), disconnect VPNs, and access AI Studio directly.
Review regional eligibility in the Available Regions Guide and submit misclassified networks via Report IP Problems.
