Failed to generate content, quota exceeded

I am using Gemini 2.5 Pro Preview 03-25 to generate a business model canvas analysis report.
During the process of generating the report, the model evades Thought several times, and I use prompts to force the model to Thought several times, and after one successful attempt to make the model Thought twice, the model displays the message ‘You’ve reached your rate limit. Please try again.’ and ‘Failed to generate content, quota exceeded.’
This is very strange:

  1. why does the model escape Thought so many times?
  2. why can I make the model force Thought twice?
  3. the reason for this error is weird, where is the rate limit?

Same problem different reason. I am just trying the image gen on the google ai studio for the second generation and this is happening

If you’re on the free plan, Gemini 2.5 Pro currently has a limit of 25 requests per day. That means you can only prompt the model 25 times in 24-hours — anything beyond that will hit the daily quota. There’s also a 5 requests per minute limit, so if you’re prompting rapidly, you might be hitting this cap instead. Not sure which one you got, but both could explain the “quota exceeded” message

but i just created new acc and doesnot working anything not only 2.5 gemini even flash

the thing ive discovered is that when I use people in the shot it always gives me that error so Ive since changed to only using images with locations and things, no people, im of course using the image to video generation
