Hi,
I’m trying to publish my app from Google AI Studio (Build mode) using the Publish button, on the Default project (Starter Tier), and I keep getting this error:
“Failed to create Cloud Run service: user has exceeded quota. Please try again later.”
I first hit this error yesterday after a few attempts, waited a full day before trying again as suggested, and I’m still getting the exact same error today on my very first attempt. So this doesn’t look like a temporary rate limit.
App name: babyswimvision

Since the Cloud project behind my app is managed automatically by AI Studio (Default project / Starter Tier), I don’t have IAM access to check or clear the quota myself in the Cloud Console.
Could someone from the team take a look at my project and unblock the quota, or let me know what’s causing this?
