I’m having trouble loading my projects; I keep getting an “Error loading apps” message.
Hi @marketingafagu ,
Welcome to Forum!
This seems to be temporary issue!
Could you please try refreshing the browser. If the issue still persists , please share the screenshot of the error log.
Hi @Emoti
Would it be possible to share more context around this to help us debug better
• Have you checked to see if your projects are showing up in your Google Drive?
• Does the issue still occur if you use an Incognito or Private browsing window?
• Do you see any specific error messages in your browser’s Developer Tools console ?
•If you create a brand new project, does it load successfully, or do you receive the exact same error message?
I have same problem today , ![]()
Hi,
I hope this topic is still relevant and that we can look into it, as it has been a long time since your last reply.
Here are the updates and answers to your questions regarding this issue:
• Google Drive Projects: I checked my Google Drive, and currently only 2 projects are showing up there. However, I used to have dozens of projects. It seems the majority of them have vanished from the Drive storage.
• Incognito / Private Window: Yes, the exact same issue still occurs when using an incognito or private browsing window. I do not see any other error messages besides the main “Error loading apps” screen.
• Creating a New Project: If I create a brand new project, it initially creates and loads successfully. However, as soon as I exit that project and try to reload it or refresh the page, it immediately breaks and throws the exact same “Error loading apps” message.
It seems like there is a persistent syncing or storage corruption issue tied to my account. Any further investigation would be greatly appreciated.
Hello @Emoti ,
I have DM’ed you for more details; please check it.
Hello @Emoti ,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, The error occurred because your Google Drive storage limit has been exceeded, which prevented AIS from loading your saved projects. We have now deployed an update so your apps gallery loads regardless of Drive storage, and you can free up space in your Google Drive or disconnect Drive from AIS in your account settings to prevent sync issues. If you still face issues, let us know
