Does Google use user prompts, chat history to train the model in future?

Whether user prompts are used to train future models depends on the plan you select. They will use data supplied to the model when on the free plan. Data supplied to the model are not used to train the next model when you are paying for the service, by selecting the billed plan.
There is no option to get billed service for AI Studio, it is only available for free, therefore data provided to the model when using AI Studio will be used to train the next model.
