Does Gemini AI Studio ignore batch requests, also forgotting to bill them?

Here is my Spend view from Google AI Studio:

I’ve been billed about 7 € for April. Which is what is illustrated by the image above.

I believe my batch API calls are not taken into account: I don’t see them here. Neither do I see them on the rate limit view. However, this is my main API usage. I haven’t kept track of my token usage, but I believe I should have billed up to 100 times more.

I have set up billing spend cap and I also received spend alerts in the past (nothing for April). This is not the case anymore. And I’m afraid that catching up on invoices will hurt.

Have you also experienced missing usage, especially with the batch API? Is there a bug of some kind?

What model did you use to make these request ? How many request were there ?

Were the request with search grounding ?

I mainly used gemini-3.1-pro-preview through the batch API, with some gemini-3-pro-image-preview through the batch API as well.

In my own logs (they may not be exhaustive), for May 1st & 2nd alone, I count 159 batch API calls to gemini-3.1-pro-preview, with a total of 554 requests.

On the Gemini API Usage page I can see my requests:

However, these requests do not appear on the Gemini API Spend page:

and I an not billed for all my API requests neither.
