Discrepancy in Model Availability in AI Studio

Suddenly today, AI Studio started showing me Gemini 2.5 - Pro Preview (05-06) and Flash Preview (04-17) only. The newer versions — Pro Preview (06-05) and Flash Preview (05-20) — are no longer available.

I also received the message:
“The desired model is no longer available, so a new model was selected.”

However, when I log into a different account, the newer versions are still available and working normally.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Same here. They probably have some technical issues or something.
Hopefully, they’ll fix it soon.

I only have it displayed Gemini 2.5 pro

Thanks for bringing it to us, gemini has rolled out a new 2.5 endpoint (06_17), this might be the cause of this discrepancy. please try again and let us know if the problem still persists and we will update the gemini team regarding this.
