I’m having an issue with a dashboard I’ve been developing for the past two weeks. I created around 50 screens for an application, and now I simply can’t open the dashboard anymore. I’m very concerned because it represents weeks of work, and it would be unacceptable to lose all of this progress.
The instability started yesterday afternoon, and it’s been like this for over 24 hours now. I really need to access it to continue my work, but it just keeps loading endlessly. I’ve tried opening it on different computers and even shared it with other accounts, but they reported the same problem.
Please, I need your help!

I am escalating your case again to my team. Could you please confirm: Have you exceeded your generation count limit, and are you still facing the endless loading issue now?
Hello! Thank you very much for reaching out. I’ve been using the tool a lot, and it’s been very helpful in my work. I’ve already reached the limit of Pro screens, but this loading issue happened before that. Also, the dashboard that isn’t loading was created in experimental mode, when there were still available screens to create. Even if I’ve reached any limit, I should only be prevented from creating new screens (not from accessing the existing dashboard or downloading the screens I’ve already created). I am still facing this problem. Hope you can help. Thank you so much!
Hey @Gabriel_Oliveiro_Bom thanks for providing detailed feedback, if you’ve faced the loading issues before utilizing all credit limits so for that issue internal team is working as this got resolved earlier as well but some users are still facing this, soon this will be fixed.
