User session detection is failing post-update. Models Claude Opus 4.6 and Sonnet 4.6 are hanging and throwing generic errors before task completion. The authentication and account-switching modules are entirely non-functional. This update has halted our development workflow. Requesting an urgent fix.

Also seeing constant errors today, even for simple prompts, constantly getting:
Agent terminated due to error
You can prompt the model to try again or start a new conversation if the error persists.
Restarted, changed models, new conversations and no change.
As an Ultra subscriber, I’ve found last week’s stability issues very challenging
