‘Build’ was a top tier app creation station when I started using this feature earlier in the year as a student. Initially I was away for mid-late summer updates. When I returned I noticed an interface adjustment, expecting operational changes. The only noticeable change was I had to remind the AI to apply the code changes it had mentioned where updated, by simply typing
”apply these changes to the code”. This was manageable. I took more time away and just recently returned, and in the last 7 hours my experience has been exhausting to say the least.
The updated code is rarely applied, only mentioned. Even when using specific prompts, every error I have personally encountered cannot be fixed via auto fix, and the production level has seemed to decrease which I didn’t think was possible. I’m sure that these issues do not correspond with being a paid user in comparison to a free student promotion user, but it wasn’t the inviting return I was expecting. I would be happy if Google simply reverted back to an earlier version until a proper fix is deployed. I’m considering recreational drugs after my experience tonight.
