Bug Report: Severe Interface Issues in Chat

Hello!
Today I encountered several serious interface problems in the chat:

  1. Messages cannot be selected or highlighted.

  2. When scrolling, the interface jumps erratically — the screen “snaps” to random positions instead of moving smoothly.

  3. It’s impossible to edit messages properly — the text cursor doesn’t appear or doesn’t move to the desired position.

  4. In edit mode, the chat does not scroll at all, making it impossible to view or edit longer messages.

These issues make it extremely difficult to use the chat interface — editing and navigation are almost completely broken.
The problems appeared today and persist after refreshing the page and clearing cache.

I’m seeing this too! In Chrome, Safari on Windows, Mac, and iOS.

Welcome to the Forum,

The issue with message/text selection has been resolved and I haven’t encountered any problems in edit mode when editing long messages.

Additionally, a fix for the scrolling issue has been rolled out to all users.

Yeah, I’m having the same issue too.
Did you manage to find any fix?
Looks like more and more people are starting to run into this problem.

Should be fixed now. I don’t think i’m encountering these issues anymore.

The developers have already fixed this problem - at least I don’t encounter it anymore.
