[Bug Report] Gemini 3.1 Pro quota refresh timer jumps to 7 days before quota is depleted — Google One AI Pro subscriber

**Bug Report: Gemini 3.1 Pro (Low) — Quota Refresh Timer Resets to 7 Days Prematurely

**Subscription:** Google One AI Pro
**Antigravity Version:** 1.22.2 (upgraded from 1.19.6)
**OS:** Windows NT x64 10.0.26200
**VSCode OSS:** 1.107.0

Problem Summary

The Gemini 3.1 Pro model quota refresh timer incorrectly jumps from a few hours remaining directly to **5 days 23 hours**, even though the quota bar is **not fully depleted** (~35% used only).

This has occurred **three times** since March 27, 2026, and is a recurring, reproducible issue.

Timeline Evidence (April 20, 2026)

Time Quota Used Refresh Timer
4:02 PM ~25% Refreshes in 3h 14m
5:18 PM ~35% Refreshes in 1h 55m
7:04 PM ~35% (unchanged) **Refreshes in 5 days 23 hours** ← BUG

The quota bar did **not change** between 5:18 PM and 7:04 PM, yet the timer reset to a full 7-day cycle as if quota was exhausted.

Additional Issue: Cannot Submit Bug Report via In-App Feedback

The “Provide Feedback” function in Antigravity hangs on **“Submitting…”** indefinitely. I have tested this on **4 different computers** — all produce the same result. This has been ongoing for over a week, making it impossible to submit technical logs through the standard channel.**

did you the the chat also lies about throw long the reply last? mine when using gemini states 20 minutes of “thought” when it is actually 20 seconds (or less)
