[BUG REPORT] Critical Issue: "Agent Terminated Due to Error" & High Traffic Message Blocking All Responses

A critical issue that I am currently facing very frequently.


Issue Summary:

  • The agent consistently fails with the error:
    “Agent terminated due to error”

  • Along with this, I also receive:
    “Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now, please try again in a minute.”

  • The issue is occurring almost every time, and I am unable to get even a single successful response in many cases.


Observed Behavior:

  • The agent fails immediately or during execution

  • No response is generated

  • Retry attempts (including clicking “Retry” or sending “continue”) do not reliably resolve the issue

  • Even after multiple retries, the same error persists


Frequency:

  • This issue is very frequent and reproducible

  • It happens across multiple attempts and sessions


Impact:

  • Completely blocks usage of the platform

  • Makes it impossible to continue any workflow

  • Causes significant disruption in development and testing


Current Workaround:

  • Retrying multiple times

  • Starting a new conversation

However, these are not reliable solutions as the issue keeps recurring.

This issue is severely impacting usability, as it prevents even basic interaction with the agent.
