A critical issue that I am currently facing very frequently.
Issue Summary:

The agent consistently fails with the error:
“Agent terminated due to error” -
Along with this, I also receive:
“Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now, please try again in a minute.” -
The issue is occurring almost every time, and I am unable to get even a single successful response in many cases.
Observed Behavior:

The agent fails immediately or during execution

No response is generated
-
Retry attempts (including clicking “Retry” or sending “continue”) do not reliably resolve the issue

Even after multiple retries, the same error persists
Frequency:

This issue is very frequent and reproducible

It happens across multiple attempts and sessions
Impact:

Completely blocks usage of the platform

Makes it impossible to continue any workflow

Causes significant disruption in development and testing
Current Workaround:

Retrying multiple times
-
Starting a new conversation
However, these are not reliable solutions as the issue keeps recurring.
This issue is severely impacting usability, as it prevents even basic interaction with the agent.
