Persistent “High Traffic” Error Across All Models and Accounts

I am facing a persistent issue on the platform for the past 15–20 days.

On every prompt submission, I receive the following error message:

“Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now, please try again in a minute.”

The issue occurs consistently across:

  • Different AI models

  • Multiple accounts

  • Free, Pro, and Ultra plans

I have already tried:

  • Switching os (windows and mac)

  • Using different networks

  • Clearing cache and cookies

  • Trying different accounts and subscription tiers

However, the problem still persists, which makes it appear to be a platform-side bug rather than a temporary traffic issue.

This is severely affecting usability and productivity. Kindly investigate the issue and provide:

  1. Confirmation whether this is a known bug

  2. Estimated timeline for resolution

  3. Any workaround or fix available

Please prioritise this issue, as the platform has become unusable for continuous work.
