[Bug] "Not currently available in your location" error on active Google AI Pro (5TB) account

I am experiencing the exact same account-level eligibility issue mentioned by other users in the community. My client is blocking my login with a location error, even though my network setup is correct and my account has an active premium subscription.

The Error Message: “This account is ineligible to use Antigravity because it is not currently available in your location.”

My Account Details:

  • Account Tier: Google AI Pro (5TB Storage Plan)

Why this appears to be a backend account bug:

  1. Network is clear: I am routing my traffic through a global proxy setup (Clash). Checking my logs, connections to clients4.google.com and accounts.google.com are routing properly.

  2. Clean state: I have already completely wiped %appdata% and %localappdata% for Antigravity and reinstalled the client, but the error persists immediately after the OAuth redirect.

Since my subscription is fully active and the network environment allows other accounts to pass, this strongly suggests a backend flag or a synchronization issue with my specific Google AI Pro account’s eligibility/location status.

Could someone from the Auth/Account team please check the backend status for my accountand help clear this eligibility flag?

Thank you for your help!

Hi @kan_miian,

Welcome to the Forum,

This error is often caused by network or account settings, such as systems blocking datacenter IPs used by proxies like Clash or Google accounts being set to unsupported regions.

To resolve this, connect directly without a proxy if you are in a supported area and ensure your registered account country is correct, as bypassing restrictions via proxy is unsupported and leads to authentication.
