Issue Description: > I am a Google AI Pro subscriber experiencing a critical quota synchronization bug in Antigravity v1.19.6. Despite the advertised 5-hour rolling refresh, my IDE shows a lockout until 3/11/2026.
Symptoms:

Model Status: Gemini 3.1 Pro (High) shows “Model quota reached” with a multi-day refresh date.

Login Failure: After attempting to logout/login to fix the sync, I now receive: “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account.”

Version: Antigravity 1.19.6 (Commit d2597a5c).
Troubleshooting Taken:

Cleared local cache folders (%APPDATA%\Antigravity and ~/.antigravity).

Revoked and re-authorized account access in Google Account settings.

Verified that Gemini works fine on the web; the issue is isolated to the Antigravity IDE.
Requested Action: > Please manually reset the “Baseline Quota” lock on my account and force a re-sync of my Pro subscription status to restore the 5-hour refresh cycle.

I have had this working now for about 3 hours and I am getting this again, I am not even using it that much, what happened to the 5hr reset

@Thatipamula_Namratha why is this happening, I have been using Google Flash not 3.1 and I am still getting extended lockout, I am getting 2-3 hours before this happens, a few weeks ago I could work 12hours with no problem and I a not doing anything different

I have managed about 4 hours today using Gemini 3 Flash only, and now I am locked out of all models
@Thatipamula_Namratha the 5 hour reset as a paying customer is not working, I have setup .antigravityignore as well to limit the usage and still hitting limits this is almost unsuable
