[BUG] Gemini 4 Argon shows 0% weekly quota on a separate paid Google AI Pro account with virtually no Antigravity usage

Hello Google Antigravity Team,

I am experiencing a possible quota allocation or synchronization issue with Gemini 4 Argon on a separate Google AI Pro account that has practically never been used with Antigravity.

Environment

  • Operating system: Windows desktop.

  • Application: Google Antigravity.

  • Subscription: Active, paid Google AI Pro subscription (not a free trial, to the best of my knowledge).

  • Affected model: Gemini 4 Argon.

  • Affected quota: Weekly Limit Remaining shows 0%.

  • Reset timer: A weekly refresh countdown is displayed, but the remaining quota stays at 0%.

  • Date of troubleshooting: October 28, 2026.

Description of the issue

I have access to two separate Google AI Pro accounts.

I previously used Gemini 4 Argon extensively on my first account while working on a software development project. Its weekly quota became nearly exhausted.

I then switched to my second Google AI Pro account, which had practically never been used with Antigravity. However, Gemini 4 Argon also showed 0% Weekly Limit Remaining on this second account.

I expected the second account to have its own available allocation because it is a separate Google account with an active paid Google AI Pro subscription.

Both accounts have been used on the same physical computer and network, although they are separate Google accounts.

I cannot determine whether this is an account entitlement issue, a quota synchronization problem, a client-side issue, or an expected limitation.

Troubleshooting already performed

I have attempted the following steps:

  1. Updated Antigravity using the in-app “Restart to Update” option.

  2. Fully closed Antigravity and restarted the application.

  3. Renamed the local cache directories under %APPDATA%\Antigravity to preserve backups and allow fresh caches to be generated. These included Cache, Code Cache, GPUCache, DawnGraphiteCache, and DawnWebGPUCache.

  4. Renamed the entire local application profile folder to preserve it as a backup:
    %APPDATA%\Antigravity.backup-20261028_121317

  5. Opened Antigravity again and checked the quota after starting with a fresh local profile and authenticating the affected account.

Unfortunately, Gemini 4 Argon still shows 0% weekly quota remaining.

I have preserved the previous application profile and have not deleted my local project files.

Questions for the Antigravity team

  1. Should Gemini 4 Argon receive an independent weekly quota allocation for each eligible, paid Google AI Pro account?

  2. Can using two separate Google accounts on the same computer or network affect the quota allocation or account eligibility?

  3. Could the backend entitlement for my second account be incorrectly synchronized, even though the Google AI Pro subscription is active?

  4. Can the team verify whether the account’s Gemini 4 Argon quota has been provisioned correctly?

  5. If this is a backend issue, is there a recommended procedure to resolve it without repeatedly deleting local application data or reinstalling Antigravity?

I would appreciate any official troubleshooting guidance. If additional account-specific diagnostics are required, I can provi

de them through an appropriate support channel.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi @Carlos_Morales_avi,

Thank you for the detailed report and screenshot.

Each eligible individual Google Account receives its own quota based on its Google AI plan, and signing into a second account on the same computer does not merge quotas across separate accounts (though please note that automating account rotation is not supported under consumer plans per our FAQ). Because quota and plan entitlements are managed on the backend, you do not need to delete %APPDATA%\Antigravity folders or reinstall the application.

In your screenshot, Gemini Models (Gemini 3.8 Flash) shows 97% weekly and 96% 5-hour quota remaining, while both Gemini 4 Argon Weekly Limit and Claude and GPT models Weekly Limit Remaining show 0%. Per our Models documentation, Gemini 4 Argon requires a paid Google AI Pro plan (or an eligible premium device trial) or Google AI Ultra, and Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Opus 5.5 on Google AI Pro are available for non-trial subscriptions only. When a Google AI Pro membership is in a free trial, promotional offer, or shared through a family group, the account still receives the Google AI Pro quota for Gemini 3.8 Flash, but the weekly baseline quota for Gemini 4 Argon and Claude 5.5 remains at 0%.

Please check your second account’s subscription status at one.google.com/settings to confirm whether it is currently in a trial/promotional period or shared via a family group. As outlined in our FAQ, if that account is on a trial, you can submit a request to Google One support to cancel the trial and switch to a paid Google AI Pro plan, or upgrade to Google AI Ultra on Google One (or check how to manage third-party subscriptions if billed through a partner). If your second account is the primary subscriber on an active, directly billed paid Google AI Pro plan, please contact Google One support to check the subscription entitlement or reply here with roughly when paid billing started on that account and a screenshot of its model selector dropdown. Also, on a supported paid plan, you can continue using Gemini 4 Argon after reaching the weekly baseline limit by purchasing AI credits and toggling on Enable AI Credit Overages in Settings > Models (Plans — Overages).
