BUG: Fail to build project

Fail to build project. I have tried to sign out and login account many times ( and use another account), but the issue still appears. How can I solve this?

I’m facing the same issue. Is there any working solution for this?

Signing out and logging back in doesn’t work, and neither does clearing cookies and cache.

Hey @RomanPrivalov @SerenaZhang1 we are sorry for the issue, could you please send us the console logs when you face this error, here are the steps to get them:
Google Chrome:

Press Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Cmd + Option + I (Mac) to open Developer Tools.
Click the Console tab at the top of the panel.
(Optional) Click the Gear icon (Settings) and check Preserve log to keep data if the page reloads.
Replicate the error or issue on the website.
Right-click anywhere inside the Console box and select Save as… to download the log file. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Hi, this is still a major bug that has not been fixed yet. Users essentially can’t export directly to Figma any longer.

Hey @jrsor, we are actively working on this. Since this is only happening to a subset of users and working normally for many others, it isn’t a total outage, which means it is taking us a little more time to pinpoint and fix. We are currently collecting error logs and region details to accelerate troubleshooting. Thanks so much for your patience while we get this sorted out!

Hey @enhe, I completely understand your frustration. We are actively working on a permanent fix for this and our team is on it. In the meantime, could you try a couple of basic troubleshooting steps to see if they help clear up the issue? Please try clearing your browser cache for Stitch, or try logging in with a different Google account.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Other methods are similar to emptying the cache. I have tried using other browsers. It still doesn’t work. As for other accounts, I tried my friend’s account on my computer and it was completely used normally. I’m not sure whether it’s my account problem or other bugs on your platform.
