So, I was performing refinements to my game via Google AI Studio daily, and this is my usual thing as I make a game/app as artistry. Typically I rely on important safeguards to prevent my code files and folders from being deleted/pruned/zeroed/omitted/stubbed as a way to avoid pseudoscience. Also, I implemented a backup of my entire game as a way to recover from a serious disaster of a server crash, and other critical factors.
So, what I didn’t realized:
- Essential plugins what I’ve implemented has been removed by automated processes via dev server. This “corner-cutting” process breaks a game/app, causing the DEV server to crash, and that caused me to lose my precious work what I had for months.
- Improper security measures with flaws can cause my work to be susceptible to damage.
- Not having a valid backup to restore your game/app can result me to ask these questions about how my original app has crashed, or changed somehow with flaws… due to stubbing/pruning/zeroing.
What I’ve done:
- Asked Gemini to restore my game via a backup, and got my game successfully restored.
- Asked Gemini to increase integrity of code and plugins as a way to prevent future disasters when automated processes maliciously remove essential components what I’ve relied on.
- I update each app to ensure integrity is taken very seriously.
- I do ALL of a proper prompt engineering as a way to ensure I work with AI with a meaningful way.
Implementing integrity systems, and protecting components against removals is very important to treat essential systems as critical systems.
