I came here to ask for auto-save to be reinstated as an option for Google AI Studio please.
Reading other people’s messages, it looks like it’s turned on for some accounts, and not for others.
I have lost work several times because I’m used to all the tools I use auto-saving.
I can understand why some people don’t want it - AI can go a bit OTT with code generation when it’s in creative mode - but I think the checkpoint feature should cover that.
From docs I can see it was previously a settings option. Cane we please have that setting back
