I have been using Antigravity since day 1 and its performance is getting worst day by day. Now it is at a point that it is not even able to do basic tasks. It completely mess up basic instructions.. I have tried using skills, agents.md files but all the models are … now.. Am I missing some settings or they are actually this … Please guide me friends. Not able to get any productivity out of my subscription…
No, you’re missing configuration. Gemini 3.6 Flash requires that you hold its hand; in other words (and my theory), the team is trying to reduce the probabilistic nature of the model. I was having trouble with 3.6 Flash, but when I tried to wrap my head around what this version needs, I ended up with a setup that behaves really well. Think of it as a new smart human employee: just provide it with what it needs to complete its job (specs and tools) and what you would and wouldn’t like it to do (rules and skills). I agree; make sure you aren’t overwhelming the context window with irrevelvant/spammy default prompts and skills you downloaded off of the internet somewhere without any clear understanding. Instead, make sure you’re using ones narrowly tailored to your project and use case. in my projects with this setup, 3.6 has been working fine for me.
