Am I the only one who thinks the new version 3.6 performs worse? It’s funny, but I’ve always used 3.5 to fix minor issues, and it handled them pretty well I usually only needed 1–3 requests, and it basically managed even in “medium” mode. But 3.6 is just a nightmare I have to make 4–7 requests just to get it to it basically doesn’t read my code at all and doesn’t analyze what’s in my app. It feels like it just goes ahead and does its thing without even trying to adapt to the project. But anyway, in principle, it’s a great model, but I still think 3.5 handles things better. Even now, I’m just switching back to 3.5 I don’t use 3.6 because it’s just unbearable. Tell me is this just a problem for me, or am I the only one who thinks 3.6 is dumber than 3.5?

I’ve used it in Low but its pretty dumb. I ask it to fix something and it just agrees that it should be fixed and doesn’t actually fix it. I just use 3.1 Pro and burn through my credits slowly. 3.5 was bad saying it fixed stuff, but often skipped skipped the code part but was confident it did it. 3.6 at least is honest and doesn’t say it fixed it, it doesn’t even code changes half the time.

I definitely agree with that. Thankfully, they haven’t discontinued Flash 3.5. I’m really happy about that. I’ve gone back to Flash 3.5 now.
Flash 3.6 keeps making changes I don’t want, or it has a really hard time doing what I want. I have to keep asking it to do things over and over again. Flash 3.5 is much easier to work with.
Google needs to make a serious push as soon as possible. It’s fallen way behind.
They were going to release something, but they were turning up the heat slowly. When their competitors went full throttle, what they were planning to release fell behind, and they couldn’t pull it off. Given this situation, I’m now certain that Google has turned up the heat all the way and will make a strong comeback, even if it’s a bit late. (These are entirely my assumptions.)
At the very least, I believe they’ll catch up to their competitors.
Edit: Flash 3.5 no longer produces solutions as good as it used to. It used to produce much better solutions. I think the release of Flash 3.6 also affected Flash 3.5. Maybe they shifted their resources to Flash 3.6—I don’t know.
I also had the annoying feeling that it felt worse and I don’t know if I can trust it. With 3.5 in high mode I felt that if I gave clear instructions it executed them. Very clear instructions, no huge tasks, and you know it will make the changes you expect. With 3.6 in high mode I saw some code that made me worry even though other things are then done fine… I’m certainly not convinced, hope the pro version will be there soon.
Yes, definitely. When it first came out it was doing code really well for me, one-shotting things. However, now it seems to be hit-or-miss. I find myself switching to 3.5 more often.
