Dear Google Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with the suspension of my Google Antigravity service.
Recently, when I tried to log in to the official Antigravity App, I encountered the following error message: “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. failed to make code assist backend request”.
Since the official app wasn’t working, I then attempted to log in via OpenCode. That was when I received a more specific error: “This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product”. Only then did I realize that my account had been restricted.
After searching through the forum, I learned that this issue is likely caused by using third-party services. I admit that I did use the OpenCode extension with Antigravity around early to mid-May. According to my findings, there are only two potential solutions, but neither is working for me:
-
Waiting for an automatic unban: However, those posts were from months ago. My account has been unusable since late May, and there has been no change.
-
Appealing via the button in the error message: The prompt tells me to submit an appeal, but there is absolutely no appeal link or button provided on my interface. I have no way to submit a request through the standard channel.
With no other options left to restore my account, I am turning to this developer forum for assistance. I now fully understand that Google prohibits the use of Antigravity through third-party services. I sincerely apologize for the violation, and I promise that I will strictly use only the official Antigravity App moving forward.
Could a Google team member please help me review my case and restore my access?
Thank you very much for your time and help!
Best regards,
