Hello Google Antigravity Support Team,
My access to Google Antigravity was recently disabled with the following message:
“This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service. Please submit an appeal to continue using this product.”
I believe this may have been a false positive, and I would like to request a manual review of my account.
I want to clarify that I did not intentionally violate the Antigravity or Google Terms of Service. I have not used a reverse proxy to bypass access restrictions, and I have not attempted to evade the system through unofficial or abusive access methods. My use of Antigravity was for normal productivity and development purposes.
After my original account was disabled, I mistakenly believed this might be a temporary risk-control issue or an accidental suspension, and I expected the appeal process to be resolved quickly. Because I had urgent work to continue, I briefly tried using another personal Google account to access Antigravity.
I now understand that this behavior may have been interpreted as an attempt to bypass an account restriction. That was not my intention. I have stopped switching accounts and would like to resolve the issue properly through the official review process.
I already submitted an appeal through the product UI, but more than 72 hours have passed and I have not received any email response, status update, or explanation. I would really appreciate it if a staff member could manually review my original account and check whether it was mistakenly flagged by automated enforcement.
To ensure full compliance and prevent any further issues, I have already taken the following steps:
- Stopped attempting to access Antigravity with other accounts;
- Cleared local login sessions and cached credentials;
- Checked my local environment to make sure there are no abnormal scripts or unofficial access methods;
- Kept my network and login behavior as stable and normal as possible.
If my account triggered a specific policy or risk-control category, I would appreciate any clarification you can provide, such as whether it was related to unusual login behavior, IP changes, request frequency, multi-account activity, or another automated detection signal. I am fully willing to correct anything that may have caused the issue and avoid repeating it.
Could you please manually review my original account and let me know whether my Antigravity access can be restored?
Thank you very much for your time and help.
