App Preview Not Loading

Hi everyone ,

Please any one can help me my app on google ai builder studio can load to preview message , “Failed to load the app. Try reloading it.” app preview not loading i have two day to find a solution but i have found nothing

Thanks for reaching out, The “Failed to load the app. Try reloading it.” message can happen for a few different reasons. Please try the following steps:

  • Refresh the AI Studio page or open it in an incognito/private browser window.
  • Sign out and sign back into your Google account.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

If the problem continues, please let us know which browser you’re using and whether the issue happens on all projects or just this one. This will help us investigate further.

hi dear i tryed all step but its still the same on this project , when i clicked to auto fix this prompt appear but always i got blank page after reloding : The error “Failed to load the app” is caused by a version conflict in the importmap within index.html. Specifically, there is an entry for react-dom/ pointing to version 19.2.1, while the rest of the application (and react-dom itself) uses version 18.2.0. This mismatch causes the browser to fail when resolving dependencies. “)

Apologies for the delayed response.Please open the code section and review your index.html file to ensure that both React and React-DOM are set to the same version.Once you update them, save the file and reload the preview to see if the issue is resolved. Thanks.

I am experiencing the same thing. The complete lack of any app preview in an app I am working on. Regardless of browser, incognito, etc. Have tried all of the suggestions and still have not been able to see any preview at all.

I am facing the same , issue is from google side only but I don’t know why they are not updating the status

I’m experiencing the same issue: my application preview is completely blank. There’s no rendering at all, even though the app is running. I’ve tested across multiple browsers and in incognito mode, with the same result every time. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes so far, but nothing has resolved the issue.

I’ve also verified that React and React-DOM are using the same version, so a version mismatch does not appear to be the cause.
