I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the App Builder (Code Assistant) feature in Google AI Studio. The Preview panel for my app, a simple “Simple Calculator,” remains blank and fails to load.
This issue has been ongoing for the last 4 days.
Key Details:
* Project: Simple Calculator app (built using App Builder / Code Assistant).
* Issue: The “Preview” pane is completely black/blank and does not render the app (as shown in the attached image).
* Duration: The problem started approximately 4 days ago and is ongoing.
* Code Status: I have not made any changes to the code since the app last worked correctly.
* Location: I am accessing the service from India.
Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Already Taken (No change):
* Browser: I have tried using both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
* Browser Mode: I have tested the preview in an Incognito/Private window.
* Cache/Data: I have cleared my browser’s cache and cookies.
* Network: I have disabled my VPN/Proxy and have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
Given the duration and the fact that the code hasn’t changed, I suspect this may be related to a recent backend service update or a regional issue.
Has anyone else in India or other regions experienced this specific problem with the App Builder Preview feature recently? Any suggestions or official guidance would be greatly appreciated.
