API Key Sloppy Integration / Messaging Surrounding It

It tells me I don’t need an API key, at the same time it tells me that I need to add one, and after I add one it appears to be resolved until I try submitting the next prompt, at which case trhe loop repeats. “You don’t any keys” … I don’t what? Exactly…

Thanks for reporting.
Please try the following steps to resolve it:

  • Sign out and back in to Google AI Studio
  • Try deleting existing API key and create a new one.

Please let us know if the issue still persists.
