On Google Cloud Platform, what are the quota limits for API keys? Specifically, for the Generative Language API (Gemini), the RPM limit is 2000. Is this limit per API key, per project, or per organization?

Welcome to the forum. The quotas apply by Project number. If you started with AI Studio to obtain the API key, it generated a project called “Generative Language Client” for you. The API key page in AI Studio has (under the heading Plan in the table shown near the bottom) a link to the Google Cloud Console.
