Is the Gemini 3.0 Pro Preview model with thinking_level set to “high” in Google AI Studio the same as the “Deep Think” option on the Ultra plan or are they different?

UPDATE: Just tried out the Google AI Studio route and got the output almost immediately so it can’t be the same “Deep Think” model.
