Although I have a Google AI Pro plan, Antigravity shows it as the Free Tier. They published on 05.12.2025, that all accounts with AI PRO and Ultra subscriptions will get higher limits, which means they have introduced the mechanism of account plan identification. Does anyone else have such an issue? I live in EU region.
Hey,
Hope you’re keeping well.
It sounds like the Antigravity service isn’t detecting your subscription tier correctly. Since AI Pro entitlements are tied to your Google account and billing profile, first confirm in Google Cloud Console > Billing > Subscriptions that the AI Pro plan is active and linked to the same account you’re using in Antigravity. If it’s active but still showing Free Tier, try signing out and back in, or clearing cached credentials in AI Studio settings. If the issue persists, open a support ticket via Google AI Studio > Help > Contact support so they can verify your entitlement region mapping, as EU accounts may have propagation delays for updated limits.
Thanks and regards,
Taz
Hi @iTazB , I’ve already done all that stuff, but the problem persists. Seems like the issue is really with some delay for EU accounts, because I’ve also found a reddit thread where many users complaint about the same problem.
I have the same issue. After hitting the free plan limit, I bought Google AI Pro, but nothing changed. Two days later, Antigravity still shows me the Free Tier plan…
are you find a solution? thanks
There is none for now, as far as I know.
Got my problem solved by removing the old payment profile from Google account. The old profile has a country which is not supported officially by Gemini Code Assist. The subscription was bought with it, but now I use a different profile with Austria as the country. I am not sure but I think that Antigravity uses the same validation approach which Gemini Code Assist uses. Now I can not only access Antigravity with my subscription, but also use Gemini Code Assist with this subscription and automatically got higher quota in Gemini CLI for Gemini 3 Pro. I think they all use the same subscription check.
