Hi Google AI / Antigravity Support Team, I recently upgraded to a Google AI Pro (Google One) subscription. The upgraded tier is confirmed active in my Google account and web interface [2]. However, my Antigravity application continues to identify my account as being on the Basic / Free tier and fails to sync my updated quotas [2, 3]. I have already completed all standard troubleshooting steps: 1. Logged out and logged back into Antigravity multiple times [2]. 2. Performed a full clean reinstallation (cleared %appdata%, %localappdata%, and cached credential files) [2]. 3. Verified and updated payment profile settings on payments.google.com and re-synced the plan via one.google.com [4]. Despite these actions, the desktop client appears to have an entitlement sync error on the backend [2]. Could you please manually refresh or re-sync the entitlement credentials for my account? Thank you for your assistance!
Hi @Ogerm_Frimnes,
Thanks for the details, and sorry for the hassle! We can’t manually re-sync plans from our side, because Antigravity reads your plan straight from Google One each time. Usually it comes down to one of these:
- Check that the Google account showing AI Pro on one.google.com is exactly the one signed in to Antigravity.
- Make sure it’s a personal Gmail account with its own AI Pro plan, not a work or school account, or a plan shared with you by someone else.
- Check your account country at policies.google.com/terms. AI plan benefits aren’t available in every region.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+P, run “Reset Onboarding”, and sign in again.
If it still shows the free tier, please send a screenshot of the exact message in Antigravity’s Models & Usage panel, plus your account country, and we’ll take a closer look.
Here is specifically what you wanted me to send. I’ve already checked and tried all the reasons you pointed out, and it seems to me there’s some kind of error.
